First of all the pizza is always good and fresh!! I've always called Marco's for my go to pizza spot, but lately the customer... service has been horrible. The lady that worked that night had the music up so loud that I could barely hear her. I called 20min prior and they forgot to cook my order so I had to wait. It was just so unprofessional the way she talked to people. I alsohad a friend that called and dealt with the same person and they forgot her order as well and delivered her pizza to her home anhour and a half later because they also forgot to cook her order. My friend also said the lady was loud, cursing, and just veryunprofessional. I really think this need to be addressed. Thank you. Read more
Best pizza with the WORST order taking skills I've ever seen. I mean, I smoked pot when I was younger, but the pothead girl... Tiffany might not be the one to manage the shift. Their pizza and cheesy bread is awesome. That's why I wanted to try something else. I figured everything had to be good. I was... so wrong. The wings were not good at all and I was not impressed with the salad. The wings literally tasted like they dumped thesauce on it with no other flavor. I had the Buffalo wings and the Italian salad.
