If I could give them a zero I would..the staff was fine..the owner is another story. My order was not ready, and when the... balance of it was delivered it was underdone and the comment was made via email that since my daughter in law was stressed byhaving someone deliver her remaining order to her they would give me a 10.00 credit making a total of 15.75 and a 22.50 giftcard..I WOULD NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THEM AGAIN. I've been a customer for several years. Giving someone a dozen of these wonderful cupcakes makes everyone happy. It's my... standard "thank you" present. The only problem is the service. Incompetent. Order over the phone at your own risk. There'salways a wait even when I'm the only person in the store. Great customer service! So helpful and kind! A big Thank You to the whole team at Oh Snap! I called from out of state and was... ordering in the blind; all I knew was that a small almond butter wedding topper would make my sister-in-laws 40th birthday allthe more special- she prefers wedding cake over any other, no matter the occasion. Oh Snap! happened to have one on hand andready for immediate delivery.
