I've been here several times now & am very pleased with the people & their GREAT food...for "me" right now it's the Autumn... Soup?! But yesterday, as accidents happen, there was an error & I was in a huge rush & Jay was so helpful & the manager actuallygave us the meal, no charge!! Drive thru is sooo slowww Lady on drive thru speaker is just Rude! Doesn?t have a chic fil a reflection! Haha We will stick to... our Panera on university. As a Sip Club member I stop in often for 'free' drinks. The fancy mango charged lemonade is delicious & will keep you buzzing... for hours. Order ahead for the fastest pickup. Order from a kiosk for deals. Just order a drink and pretend to check out.Guaranteed it will offer me a coupon to order more every time. Then when I do it usually gives a 99 cent bakery item offer whenI check out without one. Deals rule! I'm always surprised by how many people are hanging out with their laptops. Always cleanand easier to get in & out now that the bridge on 9th is back to 4 lanes. I do really love placing the order @app for myself-serve beverage; pulling into a slot, walking in, helping myself and walking out. My son wanted a buffalo Ranch Chicken sandwich he'd been seeing Panera advertising on TV, but they said they didn't have IT. So... he just got a Buffalo spicy chicken sandwich. And I just got the ONLY size Strawberry Smoothie offered on Menu for $5.79+TaxI figured it be AT LEAST a Medium sized cup around 20,oz. But when he passed me that CHILD SIZED CUP ,that was LESS than 10oz. OMG I Almost Screamed for my money BACK on my CARD. that is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS . they Definitely NEED to PUT the ouncesof the special drinks on the board as well.Also I'd REALLY like to know what ingredient in a SMOOTHIE would make the INSIDE ofmy cup feel like I'd JUST drank a cup of Butter.
