Popeye?s is a regular stop for my family but as the price of sides have increased the past few years and service quality had... been declining, our frequency has diminished. Well, this cost and last had outstanding and friendly service and the food wasbetter than ever. They need to bring back Cajun rice (dirty rice) but I can?t hold it against the local franchise for national,corporate decisions. Give them a try again especially if it?s been a while. Popeyes your not as good as you used to be, either your chickens are itsy bitsy or something is going on. I ordered a meal with... wings and legs, the wings should have gone in the book of world records for being the smallest ever. The coleslaw is simplyunfortunate tasting. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered online and drove 2 miles to pick it up...while I was there I purchased a... gallon of tea...by the time we got home the fries were cold....the chicken was dry and burnt. The tea...the tea smelt and.tastedlike asparagus.!!! I called up there and the manager said I'd have to bring the whole order back and she had no idea why the teawould taste nasty bc it's made fresh everyday. I was told I'd have to talk to the general manager or district. So I do notrecommend Popeyes on Navy in Pensacola!! Read more
