Food was alright, but the service was absolutely atrocious- and that's coming from a waitress who hates nothing more than... leaving poor reviews. First, the driver was extremely rude to me upon delivering my food, claiming "finally, you answered thedoor, I've been banging for like 20 minutes" despite the fact that our order had been placed for only 25-30 minutes total sinceI originally called and placed it, and I hadn't heard a single knock. When informing management of this brash interaction, I wascut off mid sentence with an "ok I'll talk to him thank you bye" and an enormous sigh as if I were the problem. Like I said, Ihate leaving poor reviews but I would have been fired from every job I've ever worked at in the restaurant industry if I evertreated a customer with half the disrespect I was shown today. The food is not good and the lady behind the counter even worse. The fried rice is instant yellow rice with frozen vegetables,... nothing Chinese about it. There are much better places. I ordered the bourbon chicken when I went to the break room at work my coworkers and I discovered every single piece of the... chicken was still raw. I called the restaurant back and the same lady who took my order automatically told me I was wrong. Thatit is precooked they fry it then cool it and reheat. Well this chicken was not by any means cooked. I ended up throwing it away.The lady whom I spoke with talked over me, told me I didn't know what I was talking about, and when I was trying to explain thesituation to her again after being interrupted by her she hung up on me. I called back she answered the phone and never saidanything. Because of this my entire work place is never ordering from this restaurant again. Poor customer service and theyserved unsafe food.
