Every time I order curbside I?m waiting outside 10+ minutes after the projected time and this last time today I called and it... went to vm 5 times and I walked in and my smoothies were just sitting there. They served 4 other people completely before I wentin there and that was after my time. I?m done with this place. Read more
Normally the food here is great, but the last time I went here, I got a to go order and got a Baja CHICKEN wrap with a smoothie,... I was halfway through eating it by the time I realized the wrap had no chicken in it. I drove 30 mins through an accident toget back home to open the wrap to find that. I thought I would call the store, they would be understanding and comp the meal.Yeah, no. The manager wanted me to drive the wrap in question back to the store to show her that it had no chicken. Guys, Ilove the food but the customer service was unacceptable. I paid 8 dollars for a lettuce wrap. UPDATE: The operations managercalled me the next morning and asked a few questions about the wrap and we got the issue resolved. He said it seems like theymust have just mixed up my wrap with someone else?s or made a very similar wrap. Raised the rating from one to four stars. Read more
Good and smoothie was great, as expected. I really appreciate the service from the lady in the kitchen. But my Experience... would?ve been better had the girl behind the counter given better service. I visited 6/30 around noon. No greeting. I orderedtwo wraps and two smoothies but instead of telling me one of the smoothies is no longer sold, she just left it off my order. Completely blown away by the amazing service and delicious foods! I was not aware that TSC carried meat substitute for their... wraps and salads! This is a game changer for me! Wraps and salads and smoothies (of course) are delicious and always madefresh! Its great to see a clean and well maintained restaurant! The store is always so clean, and staff is alwaysfriendly!
