The idea of fast food is that you can order food, and it will be ready to go quickly. This is not the case for this Wendy's.... Plan on 20 to 40 minutes, even if there's no one else in line. The staff is friendly enough, but a sense of urgency or beingprepared in non-existent in this restaurant. Read more
I have not been back to a Wendy's since Ihad this experience. I ordered ahead through the app, picked it up and went home, only... to find that the order was not right and the fries were so burnt that they were inedible. When I called to complain, they didn'tseem interested in making it right. Corporate was closed so there was no resolution. I tried to use the app to make acomplaint, but the kept getting either an error message or the app would freeze. Not worth the hassle, but not going back. Read more
Food is always eh. The staff at this location though take the cake. They have got to be the rudest saddest bunch of people... this town has to offer. Always yelling at customers and such. Watched one older employee yell at an older woman because shesimply couldn't find spoons on the counter. Read more
Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been too. The guy at the drivethru literally starting barking at my dog to get her barking back. Special... place in eternity for those who are evil to animals.
