I feel like these reviews are unfair and here's why! There are TWO things that everyone should know about every wingstop. 1. The... food takes awhile to come out. 2. Wingstop workers are not bubbly. They aren't rude but don't be expecting chickfila levelcustomer service here. These two things apply to every wingstop. When Wingstop is backed up, YES, it takes longer than usual forthe food to come out. I went in and had a pleasant experience. I always order ahead and go in about 20 mins later so my food isready then and there. This wingstop was backed up because it's right by a university and tons of people came in at the same timeto order food. I'm pretty sure the reviews that complain that the food took forever went in during a busy time. The workers werenot rude and got my order right and it was ready by the time I walked in. I think all these reviews and the 2 star rating isjust a little unfair. This is a good wingstop and I'm glad one opened closer! Read more
Every time I have visited this Wing Stop I?ve had a great experience and I?ve always been satisfied with my meal. But tonight... when I came it seems likes there is only one cook on the line. Even though I didn?t mind the wait because I see that she is theonly one cooking I just feel as if that isn?t fair on her part. Everyone that visits wing stops knows how busy it is from onlineorders, door dash orders and juts people walking in to place an order. I understand if you guys are short staffed since thislocation just opened but maybe you guys can start cross training people so the cashiers can at least help the cooks when theyneed too. I?m not writing this review to be a ?Karen? or anything like that, but it was just very crazy to me that she wasback there making orders on top of orders and the cashier is just at the cash register standing there doing nothing. Each and every time I made an online order everything was perfect. Fries were a nice temperature, the wings are always amazing.... Even one of the staff offered me a plethora of napkins because I was soaking wet. It's unfortunate everyone else claims to haveterrible experiences but mine have always been great. We visited this evening and ordered 2 large meals and upgraded fries. We felt the food was exactly as expected and the team did... a good job. The location was clean and they were visibly working the entire time we were there. We will return in the future! Read more

As a first time customer at this location I was excited to try some wings as this is a new store. I came in, saw one other... couple waiting on food and waited for someone to come to take my order. Eventually a cook came up while still chewing thechicken wings that he was eating and asked if i was picking up or ordering. When i said ordering, he said "you probably have todo this online." I stated, so you can't take orders in the store and he said no. So I left feeling that I was refused service asno reason was probvided other than they simply don't take walk in orders which conflicts with their website and every otherstore. Read more
