Awful customer service. Ordered two combos, went out front of the mall to the picnic table, i set the bag on the picnic table,... it tipped over dumping a full order of fries on the ground. Went back inside to possibly see if I could get a fresh order (itsnot the employees fault at all) but when I asked, she rudely gawked at me and sneered that she couldn't "just give the friesaway" and "if you had the money to purchase some new ones otherwise I can't help ya" Couldn't even believe the rudeness. Our daughter's chicken burger was good. Our English muffin bacon and Eggers were dripping with grease. We won't go back.
The Uncle burger was piping hot. Great service
The mama burgers were delicious but the root beers were totally flat. Please change your machine or whatever needs to be added... as they tasted like sugary syrup with no fizz! Disappointing as took order home and had to dump the root beers ?? I triedcalling there 4 times in a hour but nobody answered the phone!!! Read more

Absolutely DISGUSTING.. Grease dripping from the bag... RAW MEAT.... ANOTHER EXAMPLE WHY MINIMUM WAGE SHOULD BE LOWERED
Awful customer service. Old stale food and can?t even get an order right. Staff that stand around talking and miss managed!
