~ Food initially came out to table - cold; requested server take it back to kitchen to heat up in microwave; brought back,... warm. Also, absolutely no flavor. Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Maybe 20 customers in restaurant had to get my own water for my table walked up... to someone cleaning off a table just to ask for a to go container and the bill if I was able to give 0.00 for a tip I wouldhave. But I had to give something due to the machine. It wasn’t due to lack of staff either I seen at least 10 employeeswalking around chatting in the back. Read more

We ordered take-out tonight and the shrimp was forgotten for the shrimp tacos (understandable as they were very busy) I called... and they were very apologetic and within 20 minutes they delivered the shrimp plus a $$ off coupon for our next order. Stopped in twice during vacation, first week of August. First time was great no issue waitress got everything right without... issues, my family and i went back a second time because of the great service and had partial meals served, never did geteverything we ordered and the food was, lets just say not up to par. Would i go back? Maybe they just had a bad day and understaffed. just giving 3 stars because of it. Read more
Order pick up. Got RAW, quarter filled container of cactus cuts. When I called to tell them they said i can drive back or wait... for someone to call me within the next 2 days. I said I would wait because I have 2 small children I would have to pack upagain. Well it's been 2 weeks. I even took pictures of the mess. The front guy working even asked me for a tip and Which I didleave a tip but also didnt ask the man infront if me for a tip. Very disappointing. What a joke. For flavor and quality, this is your place to eat! I frequent this restaurant because the food and atmosphere are very... consistent. You cannot go wrong dining at this establishment. A vast menu boasts delicious Starters, Finger Foods, Salads,Burgers, Pasta, the Best Pizza, Ribs, Chicken, Beef and Seafood.Vegan and gluten free friendly as well. Large beverage list andthe desserts are divine! The Servers are on point. This establishment is clean and inviting. Many large screen TVs to watch yourfavorite sports game. Large dining capacity, including an outside patio. I highly recommend dining here. Open late for yourconvenience. Note: Just returned for a birthday dinner and this fine establishment presented me with dessert of my choice 'onthe house'. Service was extremely slow. All of our food & coffee was cold. We were given plastic utensils to use because they said no... other silverware was clean. I have never had a bad meal at a Boston Pizza before. I would never go back to this location. Read more
