We hired Brodo as our wedding caterer and OH BOY did they not disappoint! Chef Paul created the most incredible menu and Linnaea... was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the process. The food was insane, it was so good. I might be a bit biased as itwas my own wedding, but it is easily some of the best food I've ever had at a wedding and in general. Our guests raved about thefood and said it was some of the most delicious food they have had as well and many of them were very impressed that theingredients are all sourced locally. I had a delicious chicken sandwich. You order first and then your food is served. The sandwich really hit the spot. I expected... the bread to be a lot more crunchier and hurt the inside of my mouth which sometimes bread does but wow! That bread wasfantastic. The mixed greens tasted great alongside the chicken salad. Would definitely come again! Read more
Tried a pulled pork Cubano sandwich and a featured soup (potato and chorizo), and they were both delicious. Everything else on... the small menu looks with a try. Heartily recommended. Read more

Brodo catered our wedding in September of last year and they were absolutely amazing! I would add an extra star if possible. I purposely plan trips to Penticton so that I can have lunch at Brodo. It's probably the... best lunch I've ever had in North America. To qualify this, I've been to 8 different provinces and 42 different states. ChefPaul and his amazing crew never cease to amaze me. Read more
