Subway Martin Street doesn't follow directions. Than tried gaslighting me that they did the order correct.I ordered a pizza sub... with Xtra marina and BBQ sauce, They did put some weird oily sauce that made me throw up. I wanted a refund and they refused. Ididn't want a new sandwich because I don't trust they wouldn't spit in it. Add you can see in the pictures there is no marinasauce and no BBQ sauce. On the plate is the weird sauce they chose to put on without my consent. Do not shop at Martin Streetsubway. They will ruin your food. Read more
Stopped here during a trip and they got my mobile order wrong. Was too far out of town to turn back by the time I realized it.
The staff were polite and friendly, store was very clean! Only thing was, when she pulled our subs from the toaster, they were... still cold... I think they forgot to hit the button. All in all, very good! Read more
This restaurant actually listens to what you want and has all of the meats available. I have been told several times from the... Walmart Subway that they don't have rotisserie chicken, and they still messed up the subs we did settle with. I think I'll stickwith this location from now on. Read more
Tonight my husband grabbed a quick dinner for us from this subway. As he handed me my salad he said i dont think you will want... to eat this. I eat at subway at home 2-3 times a week and always get the same salad. They MICROWAVED THE TUNA AND SLOPPED IT ONTHE BOTTOM OF THE DISH. absolutely horrified he chose not to eat his meal either. The food was okay as usual but the bathrooms were absolutely filthy. One toilet was full of ?stuff? and had obviously... overflowed and had not been cleaned up. The staff bathroom looked like it had been vandalized - the top of the toilet wasmissing and the soap dispenser was ripped off the wall and siting on the lip of the sink. Super gross - priority #1 should becleanliness especially in customer facing areas! I would have never eaten here if I?d used the bathroom first. Read more
I always order online to pick up, however there?s always something wrong with the order. This time however, the girl was on her... phone so after 20 minutes waiting for my order, I go to pick up and she hadn?t even started it. Didn?t say a word to me butacted like I should?ve waited to come? The app said to pick up 20 minutes after ordering, which is plenty of time consideringthere was no one in the store when I got there.. I?m not one to leave mean reviews but enough is enough from this place and thepeople who prepare my order :( Read more
