Best dining experience and food in the area hands down! If you love farm to table style of food. This is the place! Rare hidden... gem IMO. Very cute place with a very diverse menu! Wide variety of drink/food options and alternatives for everyone! The ambiance is so... welcoming and the service is no different. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Farmers breakfast - such a simple dish but one ofthe best. Bacon was cooked to a nose crispy glaze. Olive feta Toast was house made and very flavorful just buttered. Potatoeswere so herby, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Icing on the cake was the house made chutney sauce that wasperfectly tangy, sweet and savory! Vegan tofu bowl - earthy hash bowl. Good mix of veggies that were so well seasoned andperfectly cooked. Potatoes were soft, mushrooms were juicy, vegan mayo was tangy but light. Refreshing for sure. The Nest is a MUST TRY. My wife and I found this hidden gem when we were visiting Penticton on our anniversary. Although the... restaurant looks pretty chill from the outside, the food is unforgettable! We had the pleasure of having the owner serve usbecause of staff shortage and we were able to hear the passion he has for their food. Every menu item is made up of locallysourced ingredients and the bread is even made in-house. We enjoyed an appetizer, main course and dessert. Each one of the menuitems we ordered were full of flavour and creativity. You can tell that each ingredient was intentional added the the food waswell thought out when it was created. My wife is celiac and they had lots of options for her. The kitchen was very thorough inmaking sure there was no cross-contamination. She?s also dairy-free and that wasn?t a problem at all. If you have dietaryrestrictions, this is a safe place. I highly recommend checking out The Nest because you will not be disappointed with thequality and flavour of their food. Casual fine dining at its best! Read more

I am new to Penticton and honestly didn?t have high expectations for this place. What a delightful surprise! Raymond treated us... by introducing us to this gem. I had the fried chicken sandwich which turned out to be the best I?ve ever had (time to pickupyour socks, YEG). My partner had the shrimp tacos which were so large and packed with seasoning, I thought there were largepieces of chicken inside. The service was great and the inside looks like you could do a casual gourmet lunch or a formaldinner. Please, if you are in Penticton, make sure you eat at this establishment. The food is incredible and a delightfulsurprise. Read more

An incredible dining experience! We had an amazing breakfast and after talking with staff we came back for dinner (twice!). The... owner, Randy, is meticulous with food flavours, presentation, and wine pairing, and takes the time to visit your table and totalk about his passion for serving the best food and giving guests the best experience possible. We enjoyed the Nest greens andpork gyoza as starters with one of the Nest's signature cocktails. I enjoyed halibut the first night and duck the second eveningwe dined there. Both nights we finished with an amazing Creme Brule. THE place to dine when in Penticton....we will be back! Read more

My partner and I were in the Okanagan for our anniversary, and we visited the Nest for dinner. They had an amazing menu with... locally sourced ingredients, and a range of well-plated meals that would fall under both casual and fine dining. I ordered thedry aged Yarrow Meadows duck, and I can say with confidence that was the best duck I've ever had. The cocktails were delicious, and the sommelier's wine pairings were on point. The walls are covered in artwork that are available for purchase, supportinglocal artists. We had such a great experience here that we went back for brunch the next morning! Definitely recommend checkingthis place out. Randy and his staff are lovely, and we will surely be coming back. Read more

I haven't spent as much time as I'd like to at The Nest, but the online posts and pictures about their happy hour brought me... right in.. Honestly the quality of their food and cocktails is quite possibly unmatched in Penticton, these pictures were fromthe 2nd time I was there in 3 days! The owner/staff are some of the friendliest and all extremely knowledgeable from cocktailsto the menu and expain why, and what they do. Pretty unique experience especially for Penticton. If you're reading this, just doyourself the favor and get yourself there... Read more
