We were staying at the Ramada and so this place ticked the convenient box, but delighted to find that the quality would have... been worth travelling for. We got a table on the patio as we were blessed with late September heat but they have heat lamps tooif it gets chilly. The service was prompt and friendly. Pretty typical pub grub but have to give special shout out for twothings. First we asked for half/half fries and salad and we split a burger and they were really generous with the sides. We thensplit the ribs and it has to be said… they were some of the best I’ve ever had. Fall of the bone and lots of meat too. Wewent for the dry (salt and pepper) and it was a great choice. Kids were delighted with their burgers / fish and chips. Good beerselection too made this a all round good meal. Read more

Outstanding manager and staff set us up 13 including 3 kids 6 and under for a birthday dinner. Staff accommodated from making... table available to putting cake in fridge And although busy night brought out our delicious meals that all enjoyed thank you,we will be back Read more

Service was with a genuine smile. The menu is basic pub fare. The food was a bit slow coming to the table but WELL worth the... wait. We would recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Read more

Very disappointed in our server. We we’re told happy hour was good for another hour so we could get discount prices till then.... So she told us this was last call for happy hour so we decided to have another round then order dinner. When we got our bill Inoticed our drinks were very expensive so I asked her why they were so high. She said premium drinks don’t qualify for happyhour and they just raised the prices. We felt we should have been told before hand. We felt very cheated and misinformed. Shenever offered us anything for her mistake just a sorry about that. Not good enough!!! Read more
