Clean and fully stocked with all the goodies ???? also friendly and quick service every time I've been in.
Cashier messed up order, and doesn't understand there own menu. So they mess up on 2 outta 4 breakfast sandwiches and forget my... wife's coffee. So instead of saying sorry for our mess up here is your coffee free they say oh we didn't ring it in please payus. Disappointed in customer service! Read more

Lovely staff and nice location. Unfortunately food from Timmy's is not the best. Even the coffee and donuts are not as good as... they used to be. One of my last choices for a quick lunch. My friends wanted to meet at Tim's so I tried the new wrap that'sbeing advertised. I don't recommend it. I used to be a die hard Tim's fan, sadly, not any more. Years ago, I was a regular customer at Tim's. Today, again, reminded me why I rarely stop at Tim's anymore. Arrived at 14:25 and... had 5 vehicles in front of me, the next 8 minutes no vehicle moved. I finally get to order and was told that they close in 25minutes and don't have/sell food anymore. They ask if I want a donut, so I ask for two different donut's, which they both runout already. Why aren't they selling food up to closing time, and then clean up? I understand that a sit-in-Restaurant doesn'twanna take orders for food 30 minutes before closing, but not a fast-food drive-through joint that prepares food on the go. Read more
I do mobile orders because I'm on a strict time to grab coffee and head to work as I drive from out of the city. I order almost... daily and over the last 3 months never has my 1 coffee been ready when its supposed to be. I usually have to wait about 10 minstill someone finally asks me why I'm waiting and then they still have to find the order and make it. This is not why mobileorders were created. We should not have to wait for everyone else to be served before anyone even acknowledges my existence. Read more
The have gotten way overpriced for what you receive. The service and quality has dropped into the toilet. Don't bother trying to... use their website to submit a complaint or a good comment for that matter as it doesnt work either. Charged almost $13 for whatyou see here and the chili was cold even after watching the staff microwave it. Read more
