I went in the dining area and there was a homeless man slurping boogers off his fingers for an hour. Disgusting.... went through... the drive thru 10 hours later and this person was still in the same spot picking and eating boogers. Im a longtime customer of Tim's, the coffee was as comforting as ever and the staff was friendly as always.
Went in and asked for wedges, grilled cheese, and a couple iced capps. A crispy chicken wrap was added without my asking. When... asked for it to be removed they decided to take off the grilled cheese. Though it was on the screen when we went up to pay! Whenthe missing grilled cheese was discovered i went inside to have it fixed. The person would not accept fault, wasted my time, andwhile i was in the store there was a mom and two waiting kids who were being completely ignored while the staff member takingher prder just walked away and started having a casual conversation with her coworkers while people were waiting. There was noprofessionalism, seemingly no management to take control of the situation and absolutely no responsibility at this timhortons. I ordered from Skip The Dish! I got a call from them stating they didn't have chocolate milk or regular milk. So I asked if they... can send 3 apple juice, I only received 1 apple juice. Told her 3x's that I still needed 3 drinks for my kid's, thanks for theone drink. This is the 3rd time this has happened, I would of paid for the other 2 apple juice. I gave a 3 star because I dolove that they send everything else that I order. But please send 3 drinks next time! Read more
Fast and friendly drive through staff. Rarely would I think of reviewing a Timmies, especially since they got taken over, but... this location ALWAYS has friendly people on the window, and that's all I really ask for. They are happy, courteous, and make afella drive away smiling. Plus I can fuel up and wash the car at the same location! :) Read more
