Ordered 1 sm sandwich and 2 large. Rcvd 3 small. My meatballs were literally cold. As in just came out of refrigerator. NOTHING... on my meatball sandwich was hot, or warm for that matter. This includes the extra meatballs I ordered. My ENTIRE order went intothe trash. Fresh cooked temp is 165. Holding temp no less than 145 continous for 4 hours. Wont be using Barro's again. Read more
Pizza is ok, but worst attitude by one girl that works here. No smile or greeting when arrived, acting like she doing me a favor... by selling me a slice. I will take my business to different Barros location. Read more
Excellent pizza ! I love it. I got a coupon for a free pizza and a young lady allowed me to put extra toppings on it. It's great... and I still have 4 pieces left to eat.. I will heat them up in my oven today. Read more
I've been to Barro's over the years and they remain fantastic! You will become addicted to the cheese on their pizza and their... crust is very good with actual flavor, not like the fast cheapo ingredient pizza from other places! The service is consistentlyfriendly and knowledgeable, they care about what you think. I will continue to satisfy my quest for the best at Barro's! Read more
We ordered a large pizza and waited 30 minutes only to be deceived by a hard, dry and flat pizza. Vicky the manager had given us... a new pizza and kept being repetitive with using the excuse that because it was busy, the dough doesn?t get to rise fully; butwhat does being busy and having light sauce and cheese have to do with the dough rising?? Literally no correlation whatsoever. Iwouldn?t recommend this store. If a manager cannot take accountability and ensure a quality like pizza because it?s busy thenthey are not a good manager to begin with. Absolutely absurd that we got another pizza to replace the dry one only for it tostill be flat and dry. Worst Barros in Arizona. Read more
Cheap slices for lunch, friendly service OK, was always $4 for 2 slices and a drink, 50 cents extra for specialty pizza slice of... the day, but it went up a quarter or something since minimum wage went up 01/01/2017. Still very reasonable for lunch comparedto burger combo meal at other places. Pizza itself I think is better than national chains. Other choices such as a small saladbar, and pasta and wings. They do have Gluten free pizza for the intolerant such people. Ordered takeout last night and it was great! We had three different pizzas including one gluten free. All were delicious and had... ample toppings. Two types of wings. Large antipasto salad. We came in an hour before close and the girl at the front said welcome in and asked us if we were picking up and when she said... no she rolled her eyes. Then we were eating and a guy came out and yelled any of you guys drinking tea. I get it because I workin a restaurant and he was trying to close but walk up to the table and politely ask. we come in all the time and this was theworst service ever! Read more
