For years I've gotten my kid brothers the same thing every single time, but when the girl with brown pigtails took my order, she... let me know I can get the same exact burgers at a fraction of the price. Both bathrooms closed at 8 pm for cleaning.Asked please let us wash hands before ordering,touching , food and drinking cups... ...etc.Employees refused to let us wash our hands and seemed to have no understanding of why washing hands is needed before youtouch food or why it might be important It was just all wrong. The staff were all talking behind counter. Although the doorswere propped open with a cleaning bucket and dust pan no one seemed to be actually in the bathrooms cleaning. Read more
I stopped and dined in just to see that there were a couple of homeless people there. I don't mind it because of hard times that... we experience but when we eat we expect for our conditions to be germ free and basically clean no odor right? I'm just sharingmy experience peeps! Read more

Spent $61 on dinner for my family. The individuals that were ?working? were extremely rude and too busy socializing and of... course got our order wrong. I get home and I was missing items. I don?t feel as if I have to check my bags every damn time Iorder take out. I called the manager and came back. Adequate amount of time to have it ready and of course it wasn?t and I?mwaiting in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes. Horrible customer service. Read more
I love BK but I may never eat it again. This locations floors were covered in flys and ants. Flys mainly but enough that we... thought we were in the Amityville house. They were on floors, Windows, booths and dive bombing us enough that we had to leave.We Will never eat food from this place again. Read more
Literally looks like someone took a bite of my meat. Disturbing for sure. Went thru to exchange the burger and requested... something for free since it was a long line and a hassle and received these jalapeno cheese bites, only to find out the havezero cheese. I hate burger king. Read more
