Met a friend here to catch up as we have not seen each other for a long time. We stayed here talking for a long time and our... server constantly just kept taking care off us instead of trying to get us to leave. We each had the margarita chicken and itwas so delicious. I have really been impressed with chili's food. I usually only eat burgers but have been trying other thingson the menu and it has been a great idea because their other food is fantastic too. Haven't been in a while and thought I'd take my family. The gentleman at the door is wonderful! Very welcoming and made us all... laugh. Was seated and took a while for the waitress to come take drink orders. When she finally did come, she was opposite ofthe host! Complained the whole time about her back hurting. Was super slow to bring drinks, food and everything really. Forgot aside dish and said she'd bring it, never did. Never came to check if we needed anything, not once! We sat there needing boxes,refills and the check for 30 minutes. The host at the door realized it and came over to help us. NEVER going back and would notrecommend to ANYONE. Read more
Wow, I can?t believe that the best steak I?ve had in a while was at chili?s. Perfect on the seasoning and cooked med rare as... requested. Broccoli was cooked perfectly and nice and salty and buttery. My date had a burger and it looked great! They alsohave coke zero. Extra points. Service was great. I will definitely be back! Read more

I think there's a shortage on food here ???? steak burned no sauce on pasta never had such not good service at any chilis before
Very nice Chili's with friendly staff and great food. Parking is plentiful. We did not have a wait and our server Lisa was... great. The restaurant looked very clean, including the restrooms. The restaurant was quite busy, but our service was excellent. I had the Sizzling Fajitas with cilantro, bell peppers & onions. Served with Mexican rice, black beans and flour tortillas.Sour cream, pico, salsa, guacamole & shredded cheese are included on the side. ???? Read more
On August 10, 2021, my wife and I went to Chili's on Bell Rd. Our server was Zamora, this server is GREAT. This was our first... time to a Chili's restaurant and Zamora made us welcome. Zamora has a great personality, she was patient with us and explainedsome of the dishes on the menu. After receiving our food, it was hot and it tasted awesome . I had the chicken fajitas, verygood. And my wife had the Smoke house Combo w/brisket Quesadillas with a Country Crispers. She enjoyed her food as well. Zamorawas very tentative. Very pleasant visit. We will be back. Read more
The food and staff were excellent. I've eaten here numerous times over the years with good food and good staff and I have to say... this last visit was fantastic. You know when people just check all the best boxes and you know they aren't being realistic.We'll this time I legit give them 5 stars all the way around. I got a burger and it was perfectly prepared. My brother gotCajun chicken pasta and said it was soooo good. The waitress was very nice and came back to heck on us at least 3 times whilewe were eating. Read more
