Really incredible food with a wonderful unique wine selection. We had the calamari and zucchini appetizer (which we almost... ordered again for dessert it was so tasty). Only complaint is that it is only on the specials menu, not the permanent menu! Ourserver was able to recommend two perfect glasses of wine to accompany my butternut squash ravioli-type pasta, and my dad'slobster ravioli. Been to Italy a few times, and this brought back those authentic memories. Fabio's might even be better thanmost of the food we got in Italy. Give it a try!! Oh, beautiful atmosphere as well! The highest quality Italian food I’ve ever had. This is a family-owned, highly authentic restaurant. There’s plenty on the... menu for vegetarian guests, too! The wood-fired pizzas are made in an oven that’s visible to the dining area, which is such asmart choice. The pasta, pizza dough, bread—everything on the menu—is handmade and fresh. WOW!!! Just WOW! Amazing food! My husband had the short rib raviolis, InCREDIBLE!! I had the caprese salad and the shrimp... skewers that were amazing!! I was told this place was awesome and authentic Italian food so I had to give it a try and OH MY GOD… can I give this place 6... starts please??? Pizza was amazing ???????????? unfortunately I made the stupid decision of eating pizza earlier so I wasn’tin the mood for pizza but I tried it and oh God, ???????? it’s perfect, amazing, awesome, if you’re looking for the bestpizza (not only in the west valley) in the whole Maricopa county THIS IS IT, I repeat THIS IS IT!!! The food was amazing. For starters, the bread. Chef made a to-die-for focaccia bread that I woke up thinking about this morning... (photos below). My husband and I both had ravioli - butternut squash for me and short rib for him. Portion size was perfect! Weboth commented that we appreciated the quality over the quantity! It trust me, the food was superior in quality! Also meant wehad plenty of room for dessert. We ended with a tiramisu that was the best I’ve had. Loved that it wasn’t drenched in rum.Flavor was perfectly balanced. I would have given 5 stars so this is more like 4.5 due to service. It took a while to be seen,get drinks/wine. This our second time dining here. We ordered the seafood pasta special and the Margarita pizza. The pizza was consistent since... our last visit. The pasta dish did not impress. The mussels were perfect in this dish. The shrimp and calamari were over cooked.We did express this to our server. We shall dine again in the future at Fabio on Fire. Came here in August I'm sorry the review is late.... We had an amazing time here. Customer service was excellent. Talk about... authentic Italian setting. Our waiter Mauricio was just amazing and friendly. He made our visit amazing that we are due to goback. So if u are looking for amazing Italian food this is the number one place to go.
