Poor service. They dont listen to you when you order. All they do is repeat "yeah sure" after everything you say so when you get... to the window half your stuff is missing. My mom ordered guacamole and onions on her tostada and then i ordered extra cheese onmy burrito. Both items were wrong. The tostada had no onion and there was no guacamole and the burrito was pretty much justbeans. Then i also ordered the enchiladas. The beef ones. They were dry as hell and had no flavor. We ordered carne asada burrito with beans and rice and carne asada fries. The beans tasted rancid. ???? The meat was not only... old but over cooked and basted in oil, but tasted gross! My whole family ended up sick. Absolutely disgusting food. We will NOTbe returning. This is the 3rd time we've gotten sick at this particular store. ???? Read more
Literally every single time I go they get my order completely wrong. I went in today to ask for it to be made correctly because... I?m tired of spending so much money for food I didn?t ask for. I asked for no pico at least 5 times and still got pico in myburrito. They acted like I was lying until I literally gave them the burrito back cut open. Even today when customer service has went to hell this is the one restaurant I've found to be delicious,and delightful.!!! The... overnight cooks are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome,and believe it or not.... They radiate a feeling ofhuman kindness and concern!!! I am not impressed with there food at all. I had ordered the texts burrito and shredded beef tacos. The tortilla for the tacos... was not cooked all the way and there was vary little beef in my tacos. As for the texts burrito the chicken was caned chickenyou can taste the difference. And The chicken was all on one side bunched together. My husband got sick from eating a Texasburrito. The chicken was pink and not cooked all the way through. Read more
I went through the drive thru Saturday night. I ordered the 2 beef taco combo and 1 shredded beef burrito. When she handed the... bag to me it felt quite light for this much food. I took the burrito out and saw that it was smaller than usual. I typicallyget a combo meal for that night and the burrito for next days lunch. So I get home excited to dig into my combo meal only tofind out that the tacos are virtually empty. One was barely thicker than and empty shell. The second was only slightly fuller.My excitement turned to disappointment. I got out my phone and took pictures cause I'm immediately not happy about the meal Ijust paid almost $20 for. I held both tacos together and they are still smaller than what 1 beef taco usually would be. I'mtrying to figure out if this was managements idea or if this was a mistake from the cook. Did management instruct the cooks toslim down the portions on all food? Or was this a simple mistake? I'm aware that costs have gone up for all of us and I'm notsure how much it's affected Filibertos but if this is the new normal then I won't be coming back because $20 just isn't worth itfor these portions. I should have driven right back to the place to complain but I was already home and starving. I can honestlysay that the burrito was good but it was about 25% smaller than a I've gotten in the past. Because of the smaller sizes I wasable to eat the combo meal and burrito in one sitting. Typically, I would be stuffed after the combo even with my daughtersharing with me. If I ever come back I will question the portion size next time before I order and check before I leave. Becausehonestly, I'd rather keep the money and spend it on groceries. Read more
Horrible experience. They can't hear right and they don't talk clearly and they were wearing masks and there was a loud truck in... front of us and the next thing we know we are a full-on battle fighting with them on what we ordered and it became clearly sucha problem that we finally just gave back what we didn't order and they kept the money horrible horrible horrible customerservice.
