Best cheeseburger I ever tasted, very juicy and delicious. Excellent customer service, they are very welcoming. Love this place.

I tried the buffalo cheese fries. AMAZING. Great people. I couldn?t recommend it any more highly.

Don't waste your money. $75 for a fake pizza that is a pre-made crust that you can buy in a store and add the toppings. The hot... wings were fairly lack luster. All of the fried food came with what I think was ranch that was super thick and chunky like itwas frozen. The onion rings were blahh, fried mushrooms were undercooked and fried zucchini was mushy. Not to mention I wasthere when he pulled them all out of a plastic bag and threw them in the oil that needs to be changed. If I paid $25 for this Iwould not complain. I hate going to chain pizza places and have lots of good mom and pop pizza places around here. The wife justdecided to try a different place because she wanted wings. I have had wings from every place around here, and these are the best, hands down. I like my wings very spicy and this is the... only place that meets my expectations. I go here every week. I've had spicy wings at Don's, NY Pizza, Barros, Brothers Pizza,Basha's, Ballpark Pizza, (wings were so spicy, could only eat 2 per day, these were more of a challenge, not something you wantto do regularly),etc. I always call ahead so i don't have to wait. Absolute garbage. I ordered "online" on a Friday night. I thought it was odd I wasn't required to pay for my online order. Their... online ordering system states "we will contact you soon for payment!". My husband showed up 15 minutes later to pick up ourfood but they didn't have our order. So my husband placed the order for our food, that I already placed, and was home, which isliterally, across the street, about 45 minutes later. I open my box of food and find a sloppy, soggy sandwich, with ONEundercooked slice of bacon, two pieces of lettuce that looks like it was plucked out of a compost pile, and a couple pickles. Itappears as if my sandwich has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. That's odd, since my husband waited about 45 minutes forour food, and I can see the actual restaurant from my backyard. As I'm inspecting whether or not my sandwich is edible, myhusband picks up his food and DROPS it, because the lid wasn't secure, and his chicken wings go flying all over the kitchenfloor. We have recently moved to the west side from Phoenix . Every restaurant we go to, every takeout we order, is seriouslypoor quality. But Long Wongs has been by far the worst food I've ever eaten on the west side of town. Oh but they did offer myhusband a free drink as compensation. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! THEY DON'T EVEN MAKE THEIR OWN DOUGH, PIZZA IS THIN AND TASTES HORRIBLE! I ORDER ONION RINGS AND ONLY GOT... ABOUT 8 FOR $6.99. Pizza tasted like cardboard absolutely terrible. Worst pizza ever! Chicken wings were meh they used to be better. Feels as... though they pulled it out of the freezer and microwaved the food. Last time I go to this long wongs. Waste of 37 dollars. Read more

Wings and fries were great. We got mild and honey hot BBQ, got them extra crispy and they were awesome. The ranch was good too.... The fries were good and seasoned well. We will def be back. The only small caveat for me was that we ordered a 6 piece thatcame with 1 ranch and then a 12 piece that also came with only one ranch. Would be nice Payed a buck to get an extra ranch. Read more
