I'm so tired of ordering from this Mc Donalds and I'm not coming back!! You can even make a big Mac let alone a shake!! I... ordered food for me and my family and the drive thru was ridiculous to say the least. And well guess it takes you 10 min just totake my order and then I get to wait another 20 min to get my food. No drinks that I ordered were available and after I changedthem I got some watered down drinks and when I asked them to fix it I was told to go or they'd call the police. Who do u thinkyou people are I will be in contact with the corporate! And maybe y'all quit playing hookie in the back! What is your problem McDonalds tix your stuff. Read more

25 minute wait last night. People were stuck in the drive thru line and shut iff their engines. Manager should have stood... outside as cars started to entered the drive thru to tell them they were having problems and the wait time. Everyone had to getout of their car and walk back to the car behind them to ask them to back out of the drive thru in order to be able to leave aswe were all trapped in line. Read more

Horrible. Says open 24 hours, went to go order and they said I couldn?t order because ?their system was down.? How are you going... to be open 24 hours but can?t let me order at 12am? went there and ordered 4 sandwiches. It was moderately busy. 2 cars in front of me, 4 behind me. I paid, then was told to... move around to the front of the store, there I waited about 10 minutes before they brought my food. Only it was short asandwich. I told her she said, oh I'll go get your other sandwich. In the meantime over the next 10 minutes, I watch all 3cars behind me get their orders and leave. More people drove up behind me, and they kept bringing their orders while I wasforced to wait. I finally honked my horn as she delivered yet another order to someone behind me. I asked where my sandwichwas? She said 'we're making it, at that point I hollered at her and told her my order is already getting cold. She said ohwell bring it in, we'll remake the whole order. And wait another 20 minutes while you make everyone else's order firstagain? This place simply doesn't understand anything about customer service. 0 stars if I could put it. 20 minutes for a curbside pickup, while drive thru is quickly moving is unacceptable. I had to ask an employee to check on my... food at the 10 minute mark, and then call the restaurant at 20 minute mark. Then finally they brought out my food. No apology oranything. Read more
