Went for lunch, and the grandkids had a blast. It's a little pricey, but buying the band with 30 minutes or an hour time was a... lot of fun for the kids. Came for the lunch buffet and then did 90 minutes of unlimited games. My two boys ran around like crazy and had a blast. I wish... they had a little more options for adults who want to be healthier, there were only 2 salads and both were very well dressed.Sammy was AMAZING and her customer service is next level. It was a special event fir the school my grandsons attend so it was extra busy. Hard to tell if extra staff was in place or not.... While a reasonable wait is expected, that is not what we received. The only thing we got in a timely manner was out salads. 1 XLhalf pepperoni half sausage took 55 minutes and 1 order bone in & 1 boneless order of wings took 1.5 hours. My Daughter and I took the kids to the lunch buffet and got there around 12:30. There were ?4? pieces of dried up pizza on the... line, and looked like yesturdays salad. The restrooms where not clean and stalls out of toilet paper, and NO SOAP! They madethe 2 pizzas we requested for the line and one additional pepperoni. There was not a variety of pizza and was gone in a flashbecause many customers were waiting. We were not the only ones dissatisfied by the lack of pizza and how long it took them toget it on the line. There was NO desert pizza because when they put the ONE up that they made it was gone before we could get upthere. The 3 employees behind the counter were standing around talking to each other and not very interested in making additionpizza. The oven was mostly empty running only 2 pizzas at a time, otherwise it was empty! People were sitting with empty plateswaiting for pizza to be put on the line! Some left still hungery because their lunch hour was over! If your gonna raise yourprices to $10. For the lunch buffet, it would be nice if there was pizza to enjoy! Read more
My daughter and I went for the lunch buffet and paid over $27. The pizza options were very minimal. The soda machine is out of... syrup for some of the flavors. When looking for a table there were maybe 4 available that were not dirty or filled with leftover food. When trying to eat the food you could tell the pizza was old. It took over 40 minutes of being here to get freshpizza. The manager was very unprofessional when dealing with understandably upset people. 3 workers don't need to be standingaround to talk to one set of customers. First and Last time I ever come here. Poor customer service and slowest Peter piper i have ever been to. Pizza tasted like... cardboard but that's probably from the bad experience i had there, plus it sat under heat lamp for a long time. I am pretty surekeeping the Ranch dressing under a heat lamp has to be a health code violation. I hope we don't get sick. I called to place aphone order but got placed on hold for 10 minutes. I managed to drive the 5 miles and walk into store and was still on hold.There was no one ahead of me except some carry out pickups. There were stacks of made pizzas on food warmer. Place was veryempty for a Friday. 545 PM placed my order and waited. 35 minutes later, i went up to counter to ask how much longer for the 2Large pizzas, 1 half order of wings , 1 zucchini $55. Enployee went to the pile of boxes on the food warmer and said "Its righthere!" They never paged the buzzer they handed out to me. I was furious, and hungry. I asked to speak to a manager but theemployee just walked away. I had to get back in line and wait another 15 minutes to speak to a manager who was busy trying tocalm down another upset customer. When i did speak with the manager, she offered to make fresh, hot pizzas-- I told her i didnot have time to wait another 30-45 minutes. It was clean, and i didn't see any dirty tables and the bathrooms were clean.. all the games worked that is a plus. The pizza... ran out quickly over and over, but there was a table with 3 adults and about 20 kids, that would take all the pizza set out withjust one stop.. so the staff did their best to refill it, repeatedly.. before the family could run back like savages and take itall again, and shove more in their purses. There was plenty of napkins too, so hopefully their purse was protected from thepizza. The games use cards now, that is so much better than coins..we hit the jackpots quite a few times, and the play time forthe price was WELL worth it, much better value. For the type of restaurant that this is, I give them 4 stars, as our visits have been fun! The arcade part of the experience is... a bit pricey, with the prizes not being worth the money spent to earn them, but it has been that way in these types ofbusinesses for decades, so it's to be expected. Their food was pretty good, and they serve beer, and the place was clean. Read more
