This was our first time at Popeyes and there was no ice in the looby machine, pop spilled out in the da area, but the chicken... sandwich was awesome. As I was leaving I seen a sign to get free chicken if I did a survey. I placed 2 orders and never got 1receipt. Gal on front line was very nice. Read more
I believe this is the manager in the back. I didn?t want to be creepy and take a photo and he know it LOL. This man is one... amazing customer service representative you have for your company. I?ve been here at least 10 times in the last two months andevery single time I have an interaction with him, it is always exceptionally well. He does go over and beyond to make sure everycustomer feels welcome and makes me want to come back. If his level of customer service can be replicated throughout yourcompany, it should be. I gave them 2 stars because I asked for a large Mac and cheese and they basically gave me a small in a large container. It was... also very old and tasted old.. we ended up throwing it away.. Other than that the service is great and they are pretty quick inthe drive thru. I am just not happy with my order this time around. When I order something, I except to get what I ordered. Read more
Omg!! The food was excellent! I got the spicy chicken sandwich so crispy.tasty...fries were also crispy the flavors were... magnificent! Hubby got the shrimp (no pic) said it was also delicious!! I so recommend this place! Oh and the biscuits! Sobuttery and delicious as well Read more
The food here is hit or miss. The management seems to change often or maybe too many managers? They seem to always charge more... than the coupon and blame it on the register...smh. the red beans and rice is off 90%if the time, but when is right, it'samazing. The chicken is great 75%of the time and the cole slaw is sour 50%of the time. But when is good, it reminds me ofMardi Gras back home and I love that chicken from Popeyes! Read more
