Ruby's is hands down, FREAKING amazing! Tacos are on point and sides are fresh, the horchata is sooooo good. Their red and green... sauces are bomb. I think every Tuesday needs to be a Ruby's Taco Tuesday!! You're seriously missing out of you haven't triedthis bomb a** taco truck ???????????? We went to Ruby's last night on 8/25 about 7pm. I always go to another food truck but we wanted to give Ruby's a try. We heard... they sold Birria and Consome' . So we both ordered 3 of them. I'm hooked! 1st the two people working were very friendly and Iappreciate that. The food was amazing! Now it's a "thing" for us and a must have. I promise you won't be sorry if you order whatwe had. This is now our new weekly go to. Thank you for the great food and service! We will be back and I posted on FB so ourfriends will also be by to give you a try. I can't believe it took me this long to try this place. These tacos are AMAZING. I got 4 fish tacos, 2 tacos al pastor, 2 tacos... de asada, and a quesadilla with adobada meat. The tacos go for a $1.50 each and the quesadilla goes for $6. Both include yourchoice of meat. All the tacos were so delicious with each meat having their own distinct flavor. I will say that I am in lovewith the Al Pastor taco. The marinated pork coupled with the pineapple created such an amazing sweet and savory flavor combothat is unbeatable. 10/10 will come again ????
