I have been eating Sardella's Pizza since I moved here in 1985. I grew up in the Chicago area where you could find great pizza... everywhere. I tried many pizza places in Arizona and they were all very disappointing. I have moved to several different areasin the north valley and luckily there has always been a Sardella's close enough for me to still get my favorite pizza. Keep upthe Great work guys. This place just went to the bottom of my list. I spent 80 bucks on 2 under cooked pizza's. What are the special instructions for... if they don't read them. The cheese was barely melted and the pepperoni was raw and barley warm. The dough was still chewy andunder cooked. I had to cook my 80 dollar in pizza's myself. Read more

We love their pizza and wings!!! We usually do delivery (always on time and take out tastes delish). I went in for pick up... today. They are so kind and have fantastic customer connection! Regardless of them being super busy as soon as I walked in I wasgreeted with a smile and friendly attitude, like I was the only one there. I paid and only had to wait because I came a bitearly and watched every customer treated the exact same! These people work hard and work well together. You can see themhustling using great communication treating each other with respect! This is a great example of how a business should be run! Sardella's just lost a customer. Twice in the past month they were over an hour LATE with delivery. Called in order at 6. ... Called at 7:15 to check why it wasn't here. Said it was being sent out then. Got it at 7:45. Not a good idea to do it twice. Good food but TERRIBLE delivery. Delivery guy said he was the only one there on a Monday night. Me and my family are AZ natives and we?ve been eating Sardellas for nearly 30 years. In my opinion this is the best Sardellas in... the valley. No matter what day we stop in (usually Sundays tho) we are met with wonderful service and our food is alwaysamazing! Want to shout out Curtis! He always makes us feel welcomed and has great people skills. You can tell he takes pride inhis job! His crew is just as great too! Keep up the good work because it shows! Read more
