They've forgotten parts of my order before, mostly the bakes goods, despite the tickets being printed out for my items as well... as the cashier forgetting to give me said bakery items even after they just rang me up. They really need to start giving out thefood items first in an order. I've also gotten drinks made incorrectly and I've had over 30 minute waits before while waitinginside for my order despite 2 employees just standard a counter doing nothing but talking to each other rather than helping withorders or doing something to look busy. Ordered two slices of lemon loaf with my coffee. O e to take to my Mom as a treat. I was extremely disappointed as it was very... dry & crumbly. On bite and the entire loaf fell apart and the icing fell off. Obviously this was old & outdated & still beingsold. Shame on the manager for allowing this. Read more

Super unorganized. I ended getting a refund a leaving after waiting approximately 20 min for a coffee and refresher. People were... ordering 5 drinks and literally getting them one add a time 5 minutes apart. I watched 1 poor man sit and go back up to thecounter 6 times to get his complete order. Just wow Read more
