Ok, as this has been my daughters top pick for outings since she was 7yrs. old, so Ms. now almost 20 was excited and we were not... let down???? First, we saw they're short staffed, but this super lady we had was so attentive, order arrived quick, pricesdecent and everything was beautiful. We just picked up a large order at 7:30 tonight, very disappointed. I called to speak with the manager to provide him with our... disappointed. No Manger on duty till tomorrow morning said employee Nellie. We ordered Cobb salad, no egg in the salad. Weordered the cheese Garlic bread, no side of Marinara sauce. Lasagna & The Steak and Cheese sub are very good. It just would havebeen nice to get everything in our order. Read more
The service was ok. They advertised these stubborn sodas but didn't even have them. The alcohol optio s are super limited.... Either shooters for vodka or beer. Thier food options are basic and not much flavor, the waitress mixed up my husband's andmines order. It wasn't even worth trying to flag her down to fix it. This location has truly gone down hill. Just shocked at our experience. Put in an order for 2 pizza?s online. They were over 40 mins late and a pizza short. When we... called the manager said it would take another hour and thirty minutes. That?s 3 hours. For one pizza. The manager said that isthe best they could do because they were extremely busy. It was as if we no longer mattered. Read more
