I would definitely recommend eating at Avanti's!! My chef salad was delicious, lots of meat & cheese. I also took a pasta... dinner home, which was also delicious & enough for two meals. me and my team enjoyed a delicate meal here we all enjoyed a white Friday a wide variety of pink lemonade, and I personally... enjoyed the chicken Parmesan. my good friend Ellis Domenick enjoyed a kaboom sauce pizza. although he only consumed a quarter ofhis pizza, he will take it home and he will eat it later. This place is full of ignorant people that never answer the phone or address complaints directly. I ordered a Large spaghetti.... When I checked the food the container wasn't even half full, the noodles were dry and under cooked and the meat sauce was bland.Prior to this I ordered a pizza burger. It was almost unreal. I ordered 3 gondolas and a pizza bread deluxe. The bread had a small line of salad dressing not really mayo. I don't know what's... different but the bread hard on the ends and the texture wasn't its normal of the bread. It was cut thin on top and thicker onthe bottom. I asked for the gondolas to be cut it quarters. They were cut thru the top bread but not thru the bottom. I got itso I could eat and drive. Didn't work since I had to tear the first end and the rest of it just slid off. I never understoodwhy dinning in you always get warm bread and maybe it's the older bread or day old. I'm so disappointed. Secondly, I orderedthe pizza bread deluxe. It was hot and in their black plastic containers. I went back and got mayo packs and got mayo packetsand asked for silverware for my mom's dinner. I was told they had to charge me for silverware. There used to be a differencein price for carryout and delivery. The mayo packets tasted horrible. It's not like mayo. It tasted like I was eating vinegarsauce. I went to this joint on my recent trip to Morton. This place came recommended by a local so I decided to check it out. I... ordered the Italian beef w/mozarella and au jus on the side. I also decided to add and a side of mozzarella sticks.Complimentary bread was provided which was a bit on the sweet side while the bread had a slight chew. The mozzarella sticks weretasteful but nothing to write home about. Now the italian steak, it was good with the added melted mozzarella but the bread wasa bit over toasted and the au jus could have been cooked down a bit more to get that robust trimmings/fat flavor.
