Drive thru person is super annoying. Took forever to get the order in. We were the only ones in drive thru she was really rude.... She didn't understand a thing and when she wanted us to repeat she would say "can you stop and say it slowly" I promise u heordered it slowly. Get someone that is better at this than her. Read more
Very poor customer service when ordering ice cream cake. Was told we had to pick up within 24 hrs then manager calls at 7am! On... a Saturday! To tell us the cake can't be made in 24 hrs. When we picked up the cake, no one at the window was wearing masks.There were 2 employees trying to work cash register and neither had on masks. Very Disappointed. This has been the 3rd time I?ve walked in and seen people doing a whole lot of nothing and not attending to... customers. Also, quite funny that they have ?completely? ran out of literally half of their ice creams at 6pm on a Friday night. Read more

Although I am lactose intallerant, they do have dairy free ice creams. I had the Italian ice margarita flavor. My husband had... the baseball nut. We both agreed that the ice cream there is amazing. The staff there are always friendly and professional. Read more
They don't even deserve a star. Service was poor. The 2 people working both had attitudes to serve us ice cream. The hot fudge... was not hot heck it wasn't even warm. Then the lava cake was NOT lava cake and when it was pointed out the service became worseand we were told that's all they use for lava cake when it tasted like coffee. After spending over $20 on ice cream itsdisappointing. We will stick with ANY other ice cream shop. Read more
I read the reviews and to be honest wasn?t expecting the great service we received. I stopped by with my daughter for a drive... thru treat and the ladies were so nice and helpful. When we asked about the different flavors and which flavors would be best ona banana split the lady at the drive thru was very helpful. When we pulled up to pay they were kind and thankful. Even when wereceived our ice cream they made sure we had spoons and enough napkins? wow. I will definitely go back again?well done ladiesthis is a rare quality these days. Read more
