Very disappointed! I ordered via the online menu. Many items did not have a description. Once I completed the order, I... discovered I could not pay online. Payment must be made at the restaurant when you pick up your order. I never received an emailor text telling me when my order would be ready; so I called the restaurant to ask. The answering party said 15 minutes afterorder was placed. I arrive 20 minutes later. Had to wait outside for 10 more minutes. Got into the building to pay. I had towait an additional 15 minutes. Poor customer service. I won't make this mistake again! Read more
Absolutely the WORST Chinese food in a Peoria. I have given them three chances because they are close to my house but each time... the food tasted worse than the last. DO NOT ORDER THE ORANGE CHICKEN!!! Burnt. Tastes like it’s sat out for days. You can’teven taste chicken in it. You know a Chinese place is bad when they cannot even get Orange Chicken right. Review Date: May 14th, 2018 If you thought Jimmy Johns was freaky fast…. A few people I know have suggested Chang’s Wok... Inn recently; so on a Monday afternoon a friend and I decided to pop in and check it out. We were seated fairly quick by ourwaitress. They had a lunch special that ended at 2:30p and we were ordering at 2:31p. I asked if we could still get the lunchspecial and she said no. Despite that, we found something on the menu and no sooner did we place the order, our waitress walkedout with our food. It was freaky fast how quickly our food came out! This place might as well have been a fast food Chineserestaurant. Despite how quickly it came out, the food was top notch. Some of the best I’ve had in a long while. My friend saidhis food was good as well. Upon leaving, we were discussing Chang’s and my friend mentioned that he was dissatisfied with theservice. Not that it was bad, but the waitress barely said more than 3 words and treated us as if we were a bit of a nuisance. Ididn’t pay much attention to that while there but once he mentioned it, I would have to agree. This place would’ve gotten a5/5 if the service was a bit more… personable. But I am still rating them high since the food came out super quick and wasvery delicious. They also offer food to go, if you want to grab some and take it home. Should you eat there and need somethingto wash the food down with, there is a coffeehouse a few businesses over called The Spot. Freaky fast, freaky delicious, freakyservice. Read more
This place is kinda awesome! Great portion sizes, great flavor, the best green beans around (I'm addicted to the flavor...even... tried recreating them in my own kitchen...epic fail), quick service and a clean dining area. The inside has a wall of photos oftheir dishes so it's nice to Pavlov yourself into salivating for your meal while you wait to be seated, plus makes deciding on adish easy. We've dined in and ordered take out multiple times and they have never screwed up our order. Sweet! Read more
