Booked party online selected to pay deposit in store since the party was the very next day. Everything was excepted an... confirmation was given. Check my email again an my daughters party has been canceled. Called in an was told my party wascanceled because the deposit which states I have 48 hours to pay wasn't payed so yes the party is canceled ,stated I could paythe deposit because we still would like to have the party scheduled for 7-9pm. My party is now considered a same day reservationand they don't take those. Can someone please explain to me how this is right. The option to pay the deposit in store should beremoved an the least you guys could have done before just canceling my reservation is call an ask me to pay the deposit it isonly 12 in the afternoon and the party wasn't scheduled to start until 7pm guess that's alot to ask. Also it would cost moremoney to pay for food drink and play time for all kids separately but im sure you all know that,so that option is a no go thanksfor trying to ruin our evening we will have our party else where thanks. Security for the kids was good. Not really for kids older than 6 it seemed boredom set in quick. Was hella expensive for the... games n food. The pizza was really good tho, looks like they make them from scratch. Read more
The manager there was the absolute best. Everyone had such a fun time. Worth the money.
Busy Sunday. Little dude talked us into it. You pay for a certain amount of time now. 15 min...30 minutes was $24 which was good... for us. He got to do quite a bit w Daddy. Got a sausage pizza and drinks. Good salad bar. The workers were very focused and dida good job. Read more

We had great time celebrating my son's birthday today at chuckie cheese! Theres been a remodel since I was there last and it's... been years. They took the stage out with the singing puppets and added a motion activity floor which was pretty cool! You dohave to wear masks while you're in there and the capacity is 50 so there aren't alot of people. They do take Temps before goingin & offer sanitizer also. I was nervous about getting all of my People in there because of the capacity limit but luckily weall got in! I spoke to Crystal on the phone (I hope I got her name right) and she was super helpful too with all information! Wewere also able to use the Tuesday special with was a coupon for 2 pizzas for $22 Thank you for helping us make our nightmemorable! Read more
My kids and I always go here and their gaming prices are pretty fair. The pizza on the other hand, isn't worth the $ in my... opinion but the kids ALWAYS enjoy themselves! Read more
