Tonight I made a cash order after 9pm not knowing that they don't accept cash orders after dark waiting over a hour for my food... call the store manager says they tried calling me but had the wrong number so after getting that straight I asked for fresh foodsince I waited over a hour for it. They send me the same food that had sat for over a hour said they made it once so if they hadto remake my order then they would have to charge me for it so I got a soggy sandwich hard boneless chicken and a dry pizza seephotos for proof. Bull. Ordered at 9:57pm on Sunday on the app had no problem paying cash. Today comes and placed an order at 10:01 and they can?t... do cash. The order before arrived after 10 and could do cash why can?t they now? Didn?t call till 11 min after. Read more

We order pizza from this location from time to time. Other than the bums hanging around the parking lot asking for money, this... location has historically done a great job with their food and customer service. The only complaint I have about our food lastnight was the Parmesan Bites. They were flat, cold, overcooked, and possibly quite old. The 7 pizzas we ordered were fine. Theywere cooked well and tasted great - but the store failed on the side dish. Failed miserably. Whoever is running the shift needsto do a better job of quality control - they need to check the quality of the food before the customer picks it up. We paid $165for the pizza and 2 orders of Parmesan Bites, only received one order of Bites, and the order we did receive looked like theyhad been sitting out in the open air for 2 weeks. I will tell you that the store was BUSY and I only saw three employees - sokudos to them for working when a lot of people don?t want to get a job right now. BUT, do some quality check on your foodplease. That?s my only complaint. Read more
