Good pizza and it's fresh , but I would like say thanks to the guy who works here , I ordered my food online and it got messed... up and made wrong so he wasn't hesitant about yelling his manager about it so we got credit for another pizza and a few otheritems more than what we ordered so thanks to you all good job to make sure people are taken care instead of. Stopped getting food from here for a long time but decided to give them a try a few months ago. The food was excellent. Had the... same great experience the next time, too. Unfortunately, this last time was absolutely awful. The pizza was overcooked and onlyhad cheese (on this extra cheese pizza) thrown onto the middle of the pizza and left the other 2/3 of the pizza without anytoppings at all. The stuffed cheesy bread was just as bad with very little cheese in or on it, and it, too, was overcooked andeven burned on the bottom. Then they forgot the salad so I had to go back for it. I sat at the window for at least 5 minutesbefore anyone even acknowledged me. Then they just walked away and didn't get the salad. It took them 10 min to get me a cold,premade salad and then forgot the dressing. Total flop this time. It was obvious that there was one guy in there who was runningaround trying to teach everyone else how to do their job, while also trying to get the actual work done. Can't blame him, butthey may as well shut down for a day or two and train their staff properly instead of losing business by giving people horribleservice. Of course, that's just my lowly opinion. I never get the same delivery driver, and the pizzas are made different every time, however, there is usually no problem. Any... time I've had any type of issue at all, even minor things, I've been offered complete order replacement (free order at a futuredate) or a full refund. Read more
I was a Driver for THIS (Prospect)Domino's restaurant. We have a very hard working team. Yes, from time to time, customer... service can be lagging in experience & even courtesy. For that, I can only offer apologies as effort & professionalism are notlacking on our Part (what I mean is we do the best we can at all times). MARY is the hardest working person (a Manager) in ourstore & regularly comes in to help out when we are short-staffed, she works her hardest (as does everyone) to make sure thatEVERY CUSTOMER is happy with their orders. If she (Or any of us) are give the appearance of being rude. We are dealing withmultiple orders in quick succession more often than not with INCREDIBLY rude customers. Some making near-impossible, timeconsuming demands that we ALWAYS will attempt to accommodate. I watch her daily run the store ALONE with 1-2 drivers (lately1...me). Not just her though but most employees work hard...The idea that we don't care about you getting good food & service isBS (at least for me cause I like my job & the people I work with or. I do everything I can....I need the tips!)...anyway, if youhadhave a complaint if you call & show some courtesy I am almost certain MOST request will be honored...but we are ACTIVELYlooking out for Fraud that people seem to be READILY adept at. It's Pizza people...don't risk jailprison for Pepperoni pizzabecause I almost sure you'll get no compassion from the judge or sympathy from fellow inmates for trying to con the pizza place. Read more
WORST DOMINOS HANDS DOWN ! The customer service is horrible and they are so lazy ! I ordered food yesterday and went to pick it... up checked in gave my confirmation number and all. After 10 minuets I go to ask how long it?ll be because everyone is standingaround talking Etc the say another 15 minuets then goes back and pick up and order from the table whole time it?s my order andnow it?s darn near cold but my kids are hungry and I?m not trying to cause a fuss so I brushed it off . Today I order again thatwas around 7:30/40 food should be ready by 8pm I go there sure enough the same thing happened that happened yesterday I ask themfor my order to be remade fresh this time? it?s 9:19 as I am typing this and I am still waiting for my food. Do you think I wasoffered anything free ? a drink or for my meal to be free or anything ? Completely trash. I spent $24 on one pizza that was severely burnt and had no sauce on it . I redeemed my dominos point for a... free pepperoni pizza that was very burnt as well. Took too long to get delivered. The driver gave me a sweet icing for twopizzas. I've been trying to call to complainfor over an hour and no one will answer. Read more
