Yesterday at 12pm I had the most amazing experience I have ever had at Hardee?s on university the woman in drive-through who... took my order was so polite it blew me away I wish I could have tipped her the woman who then took my money I can?t rememberwhat her name was but I believe it was Angie was amazing and polite as well I know the woman who took my order was the dayshiftmanager and she was absolutely amazing the food was even better everything was perfect no complaints first time in a long timethat I have had this experience with Hardees I don?t know what they did but I?m glad they did it Read more

Paid for food then was asked to pull around building to parking lot to wait for the food. Then the employee has no idea whose... food goes to which vehicle. The cars are pulling in and out and im not even sure who was before me or after me. This is verydisorganized and disappointing. Ive been waiting now for about twenty minutes. I would normally just leave but i paid for thefood. Employee brought out a bag for someone who just pulled up, myself and another car have been waiting quite a while and theyget their order before us.
