If you give Jimmy Johns on Orange Prairie your service, they will probably forget half your order. And when you call to request... the rest, they will more than likely promise to send someone back by to deliver it. After you wait hours, and they close for theevening, you will realize you will never see the rest of your order... if you give Jimmy Johns on Orange Prairie yourservice. This has happened not once, not twice, but four times over the past two years. The fourth time they did actually bringthe rest of our order by. I guess fool me once, shame on you. This locations JJ is operated by teenagers that don't pay attention to the orders, misread order amounts, and is "freaky slow"
I am a foodie and always get the same sandwich! Clearly asked more than one time for my sandwich on whole wheat bread and the... other sandwich on whole wheat bun.... both were presented on white. Don't mean to sound petty, but how much attention does ittake? Read more
I order delivery here pretty often, it always takes at least 25 minutes and I?m only a 3 minute drive away. Other than that the... food is good and the drivers have always been friendly. I don?t think I?ve ever had anything wrong with my order. Read more
Not impressed. Ordered for pick up, got the sandwiches home and 2/3 were incorrect. Drove BACK to Jimmy John's from home to pick... up the correct sandwich as one of the two were missing pickles and Dijon which were on the 3rd sandwich. The person just scrapedthe pickles and Dijon off the 3rd sandwich and put it on the 2nd. The replacement sandwich was not ready when I got there.Asked them to repeat back to me what was on it as the first one was incorrect. The replacement was also incorrect and had to bemade a 3rd time where they had to have me type the order on my phone and hand it to them. All I asked was for no tomato, addpickle with spicy ranch. It's a decent place to get cold-cut sandwiches if you're like me and you live closer to Grand Prairie than the Subway on Willow... Knolls. Most of the employees are nice and I haven't had a bad experience yet in the three or four times I've been there. ToAaron Piper, on the slim sandwiches they cannot add mayo to the sandwich. However, they can give you mayo packets free ofcharge. Edit: Changed to 3 stars because their delivery range is inconsistent, sometimes you're not in the delivery range butthe next time they take it no problem. My wife and I have been to this location around six or seven times (we live in the area). They have made our sandwiches wrong... almost every time. No big deal, they are quick and get them fixed normally. This last time they got the same sandwich wrongthree times in a row. No BS, not just making this up for added drama.
