Consider... the humble falafel, made of garbanzo beans, parsley, and a number of other plant-based ingredients. They're so simple to make,everyone can make them. However, few can make them well. Mr G. asked me how I found out about his restaurant and I said, oh Iwas going to the place nearby and my friends had used Kebab-G as a descriptive landmark and expressed such surprise that I hadnever been here before.
