We placed an online order and gave them substantial time before the requested pickup (about an hour). When we got there, we were... told they were out of chicken and we?d just need to resubmit a refund for our online order. There was no apology given and noeffort was made to inform us of at this anytime leading up to the pickup time. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Read more
I recommend you not order from here or patronize this location. I will never order from this KFC again. They missed all of the... add-ons for my family bucket. No Mashed potatoes or gravy. No corn. Missed large mac & cheese. Paid for large coleslaw and gotsmall that was only half full. Biscuits were like bricks and an inedible. Ordered extra crispy and received original recipe. Thechicken was so old I had to throw it all away This is now the third time I have had an issue with this location. It is so bad Iam contacting KFC corporate. The store is supposed to be open until 10 PM and my Uber driver couldn?t get in the lobby at 8:30.Worst management and employees ever. All should be terminated. Waste of money and time. They shorted us chicken but we got to watch a live show because an employee got into it with her... boyfriend in the dining area and she got loud and violent and it was quite the show. Had to go though drive thru because they would no let us walk into the dinning area to order. Got up to window and asked if I... could do two separate orders and she told me no one per car. Ordered our food and after she handed my card back I asked her ifit was too late to have no gravy on my mashed potatoes and she didn?t care. Gave us the food and we drove home. Get home andthere is no ranch after she asked me what sauces, I ordered raspberry tea and got what I am pretty sure is pink lemonade, andthe bread for one of the sandwiches had mold on it. Filled out survey got the code at the end and still didn't hear back yet. Driv thru over charged me I brought receipt told lady... in lobby about her she seemed stressed so I was extra nice. She said no product I'm not replacing anything i said cool she'seating it (my granddaughter). It was rang up ala carte I was over charged I said look see showing her the receipt once againshe said well yelled no product no refund. I said ma'am I don't want a refund I wanted to show you maybe you could show yourdriv through worker and it won't happen to the next person. She walked away and said and I quote f---- her and hergranddaughter. Wow over charge cuss me and granddaughter out horrible people work here new management must not being trainingproperly or just don't care. These people are running the business in the ground. As I took some pics and went to my car to fillout survey she decides to smoke they all did and it was to intimidate me in my car. I will never feed my family here again andthis location is the worst.
