The servers at this restaurant completely ignored our table for over 30 minutes while greeting other tables because my partner... and daughter are African American. This is a racist establishment and I would not recommend supporting them or giving them anyof your time or money. ( Edit: The restaurant was not busy nor short staffed at the time. We were blatantly ignored and staredat by employees and I stand by what I said originally. There was clearly a racial motive whether the owners would like to admitto it or not. ) Read more
Horrible experience after going for years. Waited 1 1/2 hours for food. After an hour we asked our waitress nicely how much... longer and she literally yelled at us. I realize they were busy buy was totally unnecessary to yell at us for asking and makinga scene. They should tell customers up front it will take that long. Will never go back Read more
Saturday night dinner. Apparently they had one server and one person in the kitchen. The server gave us no warning about this... and food came out about two hours after we arrived. They should have just closed or told everyone the situation at the door. Thefood, surprisingly, came out together and was warm and tasted good. Still, though, we are unlikely to return based on thisexperience as we could have gone somewhere else and had food of similar quality. I suggest the management should learn to eithermake hard decisions or communicate honestly with customers upfront. Read more
In Peoria for first time, looking for a good local place with brunch, very happy with our selection. Staff is great and very... helpful! Good selection on menu, food is great with big portions and price is right, even when have a couple drinks. Read more

Friendly staff. I asked for a very well done burger and it was. I appreciate that very much. The burger was good. The bacon on... it was not crispy which was my fault for not specifying. The bacon was done just not the way I prefer. The hand-cut fries weregood but very greasy. The bottom of the hamburger and some fries were sopping wet from juice from the pickles. Not good. Therest of the bun was nicely toasted. Prices were very good. $8-10 for a burger and fries. The biggest problem was that the placeneeded to be much cleaner. I touched the menu and had to wash my hands. The salt and pepper shakers, sugar container, menus,ketchup bottle, and caddy were gross. These things all needed to be picked up with napkins and needed badly to be cleaned.Whenever common areas are that filthy, I assume the kitchen that can't be seen is worse. This is too bad because the food wasgood and staff friendly. A.super-clean Last Chance would have received four stars. There was a descent crowd there for it beingan off time of the day. Food was good. Service was less than desirable. For whatever reason, the taco salad took over 10 minutes longer than everything... else to be served. When asked politely about the one missing meal after some minutes, the waitress clapped her hands, bent downa little and spoke to the patron like she was speaking to a small child. I can understand the cook line falling behind a bitduring a busy time, but it's normal to ask when no explanation is offered and the waitress seemed to take that very personally. Read more
