The food is great, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER. But we have stopped ordering from here because they consistently get the order wrong... every single time. Order a kids pizza and apparently they didn't have it so they just replaced it with two cookies and a fruitcup. Who thinks a kids pizza should be replaced by two cookies and a fruit cup. Same order, I got the French dip and theydidn't include the dip. Their only job right now is getting orders right and they can't do that. Read more
Over time the quality of the preparation of the sandwiches is not consistent. This is especially true since the advent of the... Pandemic. Recently, I ordered a Harvest Chicken Salad sandwich at the drive-thru window. When I arrived home, the croissanthad been warmed by toasting and was quite burnt. Read more
Wife and I ordered the Toast Beef Club, they were very good and nice presentation, the taste was good, I ordered the Chili which... was wonderful, full of meat and hot on temperature. I was disappointed when I saw an employee handling food and delivering tothe table with very long, loose hair. Read more
I normally don?t do this, but we had the worst experience? went through the drive through at 11. Waited until literally 11:40... for our food, which then came out cold. All we ordered was pick 2 soup & sandwiches. We had to be back at work (right down theroad) at noon. We figured an hour was plenty of time. Ridiculous. Read more
The food was on par with other McAlister's and tasted fine. The restroom smell was strong even in the front lobby. The rest... room inspection sheet dated 8/8/22 hadn't been filled out all day and it was mid afternoon during our visit....on 8/16/22. Thatwhole restroom situation has me questioning what other aspects of the restaurant are neglected. Read more
The food is great if the staff remembered how to make it right. I don?t order anything personalized, my order is always just... missing things like no olives in my potato, didn?t include the sour cream, didn?t add the cucumbers to my salad ? things thatthe order comes with will be missing. Everytime. And the drive thru line takes FOREVER. I?m talking 20+ minutes just to sit inline before reaching the drive thru window. I don?t recommend this place as a quick lunch spot. Read more
Food was ok, pricey and 2 out of the 4 half sandwichs didn't look great, both clubs. The bathroom had a bad smelling coming from... it too, and the dining room could be a little cleaner. The staff was very nice and the other two sandwiches were hot and good. Read more
They ALWAYS forget avocado on my sandwiches. Even when it?s extra, even when it?s a staple of the sandwich. Not sure what the... issue is with extras but it?s a nuisance. The people at the front are nice, and at the window too. I just like getting what Ipay for. Read more
