Our seats were filthy. A leftover cup in corner of our table. Super slow service. Pizza was over cooked. Will not return.
As we sat waiting at our table for our pizza , we watch 3 other tables get seated and severed and gone .. we questioned the... manager about our wait time .. he only offered excuses .. the waitress brings us our bill before we even received our order andsaid ? we took 50% off ? .. needless to say we got up and left .. will never dine there again .. do not recommend. I ordered online.food was great. I just wish their times for when.order is ready is correct. I arrived when it was due to be... ready (35 min) to find they were just STARTING the order. Kinda a bummer to wait. Read more
Our server, Brooklyn, was so friendly and efficient. You could tell the restaurant was understaffed but our server did not... show that in any way. The pizza was great. Drinks were kept full and we were checked on just enough. Great dining experience. Read more
Burnt our pizza and sandwiches. They basically forgot about us. We sat there for almost an hour before we finally reached out to... the waitress to see where our food was. She went to look and said they burnt it. So they made it over again, but the order waswrong. So they had to do it again! The waitress was so sorry, but management never came to apologize or anything. I feel thewaitress should have checked on us sooner.. we should not have had to reach out to her. They discounted the food, but theyreally should have given it to us for nothing after everything that went on. I have never given a one-star review before this.I do not recommend this establishment. Stopped in to have a nice hot lunch with my son today. There weren't many people in the restaurant so it made the environment... extra comfortable. We shared a large Pepperoni pizza and some Mozerella cheese sticks. The pizza tasted fresh and great! Will bereturning! Read more
