Waited for our food for over an hour. When I got my food it was cold? I was very disappointed considering the taste was... mediocre. As I write this my sister still hasn?t gotten her food. Our waitress did A poor Job at visiting our table. My chairwas previously broken which proved to be a safety hazard; I fell backwards but caught myself. Our waitress was slow, told us she would put our appetizer in right away. Well we received our food with no appetizer. Then... asked for beer cheese & saratcha sauce for dipping. I was able to eat my calzone and wife had hers half way done before waitresscame back and asked if everything was OK. No it was not still no dips or our appetizer. Finally got the cheesey garlic bread andit was cold and disgusting. Not once did they take our dirty plates out of the way either. Horrible service. Always a great place for dinner! Highly recommend the Italian Nachos appetizer and a Pan pizza with sausage and pepperoni! ... Great tvs available for the games and a wide variety of drinks. Definitely a family favorite and we will be back soon! Read more

This place has gone downhill fast. The service is awful, I had a piece of plastic on my calzone which they told me was from the... butter brush then asked if I wanted it remade. When I said yes, they "forgot it" and "ran it to another table." The waitresswould drop stuff and leave without talking to us. 2 hours later, I had no dinner. Read more

Food was cold. Multiple tables had not cleaned the whole time we were there. The lady that seated us took our drink order then... we weren't waited to place our food order for 30 minutes and then the pizza came out cold enough you could grab the pan. Read more

The service was slow. I was not checked on to see if my pizza was ok or offered a refill. After waiting over fifteen minutes I... heard my server ask the hostess to check on me. When she did I asked to speak to a manager. He apologized and took money offon my pizza. The server then came and apologized. He said since he didn't see me he forgot I was here.
