I?ve gone here 20+ times and the only one-time minor issue I had was with the quality of the lettuce. It was still a great... burrito but the lettuce seemed a little old. If you want something healthy, quick and tasty, Pancheros is the place. I got a bowl with vegetables and tofu. That might sound... like an odd combination in a Mexican franchise restaurant, but all of the spicy ingredients made it delicious. The staff wasfriendly also. I will definitely return. Read more

Thursday evening. Food was great. Service was great. Workers seemed to think they were at Starbucks (friendly, engaged,... looked us in the eye with a smile, knew customer names even). Food seemed healthier than a lot of other fast foodoptions. They have wifi that connects automatically after the first time. No drive through but they have an app where you walkin and grab the food like Panera's. Read more

I love Mexican food and I usually go for the bowl or the burrito. For the first time I decided to try the tacos at this... restaurant. The workers are amateurs and definitely need more training. I hope they learn soon or they?ll definitely be losing alot of customers. No complaints regarding their bowls though. Overall I would still recommend this place. Comfort food made with love! If you are looking for a place to eat that taste like abuela's cooking Pancheros is the place to... go!! My husband and I have been looking for a place where we can eat & order-to-go. It's a challenge now days ordering food at arestaurant where it feels safe. Pancheros is a safe hygienic space, all of the employees wear facial masks & gloves whenpreparing your food. In addition to delicious food being prepared with care all of the employees are so nice. Their salad is not the best choice here. Ordered their chicken salad with toppings. Meh. Their salad bowl is smaller than... Chipotle. The amount of chicken in salad is least than normal. For extra chicken, they charge more. I am disappointed they usedshredded lettuce for salad. I wish they would use salad mix. I?m sure their popular orders are burritos and bowls so that makessense to have shredded lettuce available. The service is good so far. Read more
