Met here today with a group of my friends for lunch. First time at this restaurant for me and some of the others. I had the new... toasted roast beef sandwich with chips and iced tea. Never have cared for the tea at any of the Panera Bread restaurants andthis one was no different. They need to look to McDonalds for great iced tea. The roast beef on my sandwich was not appetizingto look at. Was very close to looking black in color as shown in photo. My friends even noticed the color. The sandwich was warmand tender, but nothing I would consider special. One of my friends had the chicken salad sandwich. She did state that it wassomewhat bland in flavor. I love this place, the ambiance is cozy. It is my favorite place for a quick breakfast (Yogurt Parfait, coffee and a bear... claw). Crew is great, always pleasant and efficient. Good food but consistently incomplete order fulfillment. It's unbelievable how consistent they are in missing the items in the... order. Time after time they would simply not pack the order completely. Good luck if you checked the order to pick up and goback to the counter to get the missing item. That's your second mistake. They would visually show frustration. Of course theycan have a bad day or two bad days but again this attitude consistently just makes me never want to go back if it was not thequality of food. The food was good but man is it expensive! I felt as though I could go to a proper restaurant for the same price and get a... little better food for the same cost. Probably that is just me, anyway I did enjoy the food. Read more
