The to-go bacon turkey bravo was made so so well tonight! Perfect amount of meat/cheese to bread ratio with the perfect amount... of sauce! The bread was the best I can remember in a very long time! Bravo, it was delicious!! Read more

This was our first time to a Panera Bread, so we were extremely excited. The bldg was extremely clean from the lobby, front... counter, displays and the restrooms were very well stocked and super clean! Upon entrance, we were quickly greeted by two floorworkers, our cashier was very friendly and full of smiles. Our food was correct and fresh! We will definitely be back in thefuture. I love the BBQ Chicken Salad, but the last time I got one here (pickup for home dining), they forgot the chicken. There have... been minor hiccups with the food at this location in the past, but this was more than minor. I'm mentioning it now since Googlekeeps pestering me about the visit. Ordered online @ 2:15 They said food would be delivered by 3:00. 3:15 & No food... When I called to ask if my order was delayed... (POLITELY) and he said he had no clue...that once it leaves the store they're not responsible for it! ???? I was told that DoorDash does the delivery and that I can call them. Ummm NO! YOU ARE responsible for my food!!! While I was waiting for them tocall Door Dash we got "disconnected" So I called back AGAIN and he said that they called DD and then told me that they wouldsend it again. NOW they are going to resend it and it will be here after 4:00 When I asked what happened to my first order hesaid "I didn't think to ask" ????.
