Terrible service anymore. Delivery takes twice as long as estimated, was told 50 mins, was 45 mins late. Food had obviously been... sitting for at least that 45 mins, cold and congealed cheese. Had to re-cut the pizzas because they wouldn't tear apart. Thelack luster customer service is painfully apparent. Do yourself a favor and heat up a frozen pizza from now on. Waited 2 hours for an order. No one showed up. Called and they said it was on the way. They then canceled the order and marked... it delivered. Called again and manager wouldn't even acknowledge an issue. No apology. Hung up on us. So far no refund. Read more
Way overpriced and not worth the money. Took them twice to deliver the right order after dropping 95 bucks for 4 pizzas and some... breadsticks. Wasn't my choice to eat there but the service was awful, the pizza was delivered cold and they messed up the order,then when bringing the correct order back, they also messed that one up too. I don't like chain pizza places, but Thisparticular Papa John's might just be the worst. Read more
Ordered two pizzas for delivery. Took an hour and a half to arrive. Only got one pizza and a sandwich instead. Pizza was cold.... Currently on hold with customer service. 15 minutes and counting. I gave this location 2 chances. I like a "well done" bake but they almost fully carbonized the pizza. It was largely inedible.... The slices were not cut at all and the cheese was so light. I tried again tonight and ordered extra cheese/normal bake. Thecheese was still barely there and the black olives tasted terribly. How do you mess up black olives? On schedule, the pizza wasbarely cut also. Avoid altogether--there's no hope for the Sheridan location. Read more
