I haven't eaten Papa John's in a years because I didn't like the pizza too much. I had the Philly cheese steak parm crusted... papadia and it was delicious. Absolutely worst service. We ordered a pizza at 11:30pm and it arrived at 1:34 am. The pizza was cold and the driver smelled of... stale cigarette smoke. Avoid at all cost. Read more
I thought I could try a different Papa John's location since the one on Sheridan is terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats. All... customization requests were disregarded (I asked for light sauce and no pepperoni on my meatball Papadia, but it was swimming insauce and contained pepperoni) and both items I ordered were burnt. The Papadia managed to be both burnt on the edges but alsosoggy and falling apart in the middle thanks to the heavy sauce. Rest assured I learned my lesson in thinking I could EVER get adecent meal from a Papa John's location. Your employees just don't care. Read more
Great staff and amazing delivery driver! Only downside was that I ordered a extra stuffed crust and the thicker part of the... crust was mainly raw. Called the store and was offered to remake it, instead I asked for a refund just to be on the safest sideof things. If you order an extra stuffed crust be sure to ask for it to be cooked for a few extra minutes. Other than that itwas a good experience! Read more
Delivery was fast & friendly but the pizza was disgusting. It was so greasy & undercooked that the box was soggy. Ordered the... "epic stuffed crust" but there was definitely nothing epic about it, quite the opposite. Awfully pricey ($30) for one of theworst pizzas I've ever seen. Read more
