Don?t order from here!! No good, called to request new wings after I only really received 3 of them and bits. The lady wanted... (didn?t know how to simply handle a replacement order..WOW) me to drive all the way back to show them the screw up. She put meon hold 4 times to ask people questions about how she should handle the issue. Called corporate office and talked to an overseasguy for 15 min and fixed nothing. Had a driver cancel my order because he could not reach me. I felt bad, offered a cash tip if driver would return and gave them... an alternate phone number to reach me. Driver refused to come back. They credited my account to make right for next order andrefunded also. However, this leads to 2nd incident. Crust was wet and mushy in spots on this order. needed replacement. was toldthey took 'extra care, and that i always complain and had no reason to. Then hung up on me. Never received my order that i placed on the app. After 1 hour of waiting i call the restaurant and they tell me they cancelled... my order. I am at work and that was dinner for my husband and kids that they just took upon themselves to cancel. They told methey could make my order for me now that i called them but it would be 2 hours before it got to my house. If i could give 0stars that would be my rating. Read more
9/2/21 ordered a combo box . The woman who took my order was kind & helpful. When I went to pick up the order she noticed it... wasn't right . the person in back had read the screen wrong. Overall the food was great. And they were following safetyguidelines. Ps. I took food as it was and they gave me credit for a future purchase. Read more
