I've gone here 5 times in the past 3 months. First time we waited about 15 minutes for food. No big deal. I ordered a 5 piece... that didn't come with sauce. Went thru the 2nd time and not only didn't get sauce but also no side. The last 3 times I sat inline for over 20 minutes and left. The last time I went i actually was forced the go thru the drive thru with no food becausethey didn't have sandwiches. Your management is horrendous, your employees are horrendous, and given that chick fil a is a blockdown the street from you I wish u the best of luck if you continue operating the way you do. There were only three workers and they were all very slow and lazy they had no customer service whatsoever the place was dirty... and had random chicken bones left all over the floor and counters. Along with smashed fries and all of the table in the dine inarea were filthy, they were covered in sauce and who knows what.There was a particular worker that would just watch us from theback and wouldn't ask us if we needed anything just stood there and looked at us like we were stupid.I didn't see a singleworker wash their hands or wear gloves and this is just sad!!! Place seemed to be run down. Entrance door were smudgy, food pieces under tables on seats. Surprised they didnt have someone... çleaning. Their menu sign outside and inside didnt work either. Lady at service counter was very pleasant but the resturantitself did not have good appearance and was not clean. They didnt have coleslaw strange. Only looked like 3 people workingthere. Read more
We ordered delivery and it took an hour and a half to get our food and it was all cold and tasted like it'd been sitting under a... heat lamp for half of the day. Dry and stale and disgusting. Made all of our stomachs hurt too. I wouldn't eat here if I wereyou. Read more
My husband went through their drive through today. Took awhile for someone to place order then he ordered: 2 meals NOT SPICY, 2... drinks. He asked for red rice and beans - NONE. Last time no Cole slaw. Got to pick up window and he didn?t have the EXACTchange( 2 weeks ago he didn?t have it either but they made change, today he wasn?t far off with correct change just as before)but the person today started with an attitude right away about the change, he explained about last time), but he gave them closeto correct amount and told them to keep the change. She handed him the order closed the window he asked about drinks and by thattime he?d had it with everything so he just drove off. He got home 30 minute drive to our house and they are BOTH SPICY!! The four people I saw was working hard to fill the orders. The building needs complete reconstruction on inside needs working... menu boards a new fountain soda machine women's restroom was out of order .. the two ladies and the two guys was friendly andit's not their fault the place needs refurbished. On this sept 1st, my order and visit was very good. The staff was quick and very friendly. I strive for all business to be this... way the way it was tonight. Good food. Good staff. Fast. Fresh. Friendly. Love it ????. I wish i had the name of the cashier andrest of the staff that was on duty tonight. Thank you all very much! Absolute insanity! I've never experienced a restaurant manager (Michael, I believe he called himself on the phone to the police)... with such a megalomaniac attitude toward paying customers!!! His apparent premise is that each customer in the driveup MUSTwait meekly for 5-10 minutes until they are ALLOWED to clearly and quickly state their REQUEST for food. THEN they will be toldwhether the food is being served at that particular time. As in "No, I do not have mild chicken drumsticks. You will have aspicy wing." Or - most recently - "You must come into the store to get your (already-paid-for) mobile order!" Mind you, I hadalready TRIED to come in before I got into the drive-thru line. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED!!!! And, anyway, I was trapped in the linewith no way out!!! After...PLEADING with this crazy megalomaniac to fill my already-paid-for order from the drive-thru (whereI'd been trapped for 20 minutes already) he imperiously ANNOUNCED that HE didn't have chicken sandwiches. Not sure what "didn'thave" meant... and Michael wasn't deign to explain. When I asked for clarification, he THEN accused, ummm, ME of being Rude!!!!!This crazy, infinitely rude Tyrant is calling me rude????? And, because I was ...rude... to Him... I was to leave His line. ('Nofood for you!!') I sat there for a minute, just dumbfounded!!! He gets to keep my money. I get no Popeyes (I had promised mygrandson Popeyes for doing all his homework). Within 60 seconds, this wild-eyed nutcase (and a girl... his sidekick???) comesout the back door, approaching my car, menacing me!!!! I quickly locked my door and rolled up my window and just stared at him,frozen in disbelief. I felt like I was in some gangster movie with the gangleader threatening my life.
